In Italian, tiramisu means "pick me up". The rich, creamy and comforting dessert does just that. It's easy to feel depressed in winter, but you can keep the cold air at bay with some decadent desserts, such as a classic tiramisu made at home.
Fabio Nompleggiois, the new Chef de Cuisine at Cèpe, the Italian restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street, offers his special tried and tested tiramisu recipe.
