1 A special cooking class pairs father and child as Morton's Shanghai offers Father's Day participants a lesson in preparing its jumbo lump crab cake with a mustard mayonnaise sauce. Then, the Morton's chef team will instruct father and child how to create the restaurant's popular hot chocolate cake, and how to shake up a sake mojito for Dad and a "Fly Me to Pudong" mocktail for the child. The cooking class is 218 yuan plus 10-percent service charge; reservations required due to limited seating. Also: Father's Day three-course set menu priced at 898 yuan plus 10-percent service charge.
