Cat cafe in Tokyo

Temari No Uchi, a Neko Cafe based in Kichijoji where visitors can watch and interact with 19 cats whilst eating or having a coffee break. The store opened in April 2013 and allows to customers to play with cats and to escape from the stresses of the city life. According to the shop staff most visitors are Japanese women but also men and children visit this cafe. The fist cat cafe in the world opened in Taiwan in 1998, and the fist Japanese store was opened in Osaka in 2004. [Photo/IC] |
