Taylor Swift has bought a house across the street from Conor Kennedy's grandmother.
The 22-year-old singer is believed to have splashed out $4.9 million on the 13-room property in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts after spending time in the area with her new boyfriend - the 18-year-old son of Robert Kennedy Jr. and the late Mary Kennedy - in recent weeks.

A realtor confirmed the purchase of the house - which was originally "way overpriced" and listed for $14 million - to People, saying: "It's in a beautiful location and right across the street from Conor and the Kennedys.
"It's a beautiful home. She got a nice home, paid fair price. The house was on the market for two to four years."
The singer is sure to be a hit with her new neighbours as she has already impressed Conor's side of the family after his aunt, Rory Kennedy, gave her the seal of approval.
She said: "She's awesome. She's a great friend of all of ours."
Taylor's new purchase comes days after she introduced Conor, who she has been dating since June, to her parents in Nashville, Tennessee.
While they were there, the smitten pair also enjoyed a date at a barbecue diner and onlookers said they couldn't keep their hands off each other.
