Jessie J plans to change her style because she has started looking like a "transvestite".
The 'Price Tag' hitmaker is bored of her trademark look and is ready to ditch her fringes and catsuits and undergo a fashion overhaul.
She said: "I started to look like a cartoon character with the fringe and the catsuits. I ended up looking like a transvestite. I want to change my hair, change my style. I want to be allowed to grow."
Jessie recently announced plans for an arena tour next year and admits being on stage is her favourite thing about her career because she loves to see her fans singing along to her songs.
She told Grazia magazine: "I get to go out on stage and see thousands of people singing the words to my songs and that is - for me - the dream experience."
Prior to her tour, Jessie will take to the stage at Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee concert next Monday (04.06.12) and she feels "honoured" to have been asked to perform.
The 24-year-old pop star - who is currently appearing as a coach on the UK version of 'The Voice' - said: "When I got the letter asking me to perform, I felt really proud. It's a proper letter from the queen's secretary. I'm keeping it in a memory book. It's written on this lovely thick notepaper. I keep feeling it."
