Nicki Minaj is house-hunting in the UK.
The Trinidad-born rapper is reportedly so enamoured with Britain that she wants to buy a mansion in Buckinghamshire and paint it pink.
In keeping with the title of her new album 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded', she is also said to be planning to install a pink, heart-shaped swimming pool, buy a pink Rolls-Royce for the driveway and have a special area built to house flamingos.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Nicki loves England for the heritage and the countryside. She has been scouring the web for a place.
"Her inspiration is the pink palace 60s movie star Jayne Mansfield had in Hollywood."
Fames for her whacky outfits, Nicki is often likened to fellow eccentric Lady Gaga, but admits the comparisons can get a bit tedious.
She said: "We are in completely different lanes.
"Gaga's a fantastic artist, you know, she paved her way. She's opened her own lane. But I think that I have my own lane, and we never cross. Ever.
"So, you know, I really don't get the comparison anymore. Our music doesn't sound the same. Our stage presence is not the same. I just can't see the similarities."
