Demi Lovato admits she's "trashed" dressing rooms for fun.
The 19-year-old 'Give Your Heart a Break' singer - who received treatment in rehab for bulimia and self-harm last year - hints that that is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to being "rock and roll".
She said: "I break things. I've trashed dressing rooms just for the hell of it.
"I like to throw things when I'm bored. I was trying to catch the deli meat on the ceiling ... it ended up turning into kind of a food fight!
"I've done some pretty rock and roll things that I probably shouldn't talk about."
Having decided to share her recovery story in MTV documentary 'Stay Strong', Demi says she felt "like a Kardashian" because of all the cameras.
She told New York radio station Z100: "I wasn't used to having cameras around all the time, it was out of comfort zone, but it was definitely an experience. It was for the better."
In the programme, she admits to having relapsed since her release, although she plans to keep fighting her demons.
She said: "I cannot tell you that I have not thrown up since treatment. I cannot tell you that I have not cut myself since treatment. I'm not perfect. This is a daily battle that I will face the rest of my life."
