Blake Lively's alleged stalker must stay away from her for three years, a judge has ruled.
Los Angeles judge Carol Boas Goodson has extended the 'Gossip Girl' actress' temporary restraining order against Sergei Mifle - who she previously claimed was hanging around the set of her show and said he also contacted her mother, Elaine Lively - ordering him to stay 100 yards away from either women.
According to Blake's temporary restraining order request filed last month, she alleged that Mifle had visited her 'Gossip Girl' set and told security he had a "metaphysical" and "spiritual" connection to the 24-year-old beauty.
She said in an earlier court statement: "That day made me very nervous and afraid for my safety. I am worried that Mifle might follow me around and harm me."
Mifle is also alleged to have called Elaine last month and said: "I have to help her [Blake Lively], she's troubled."
In Blake's temporary restraining order application she told how she feared for the safety of herself and her mother.
It read: "Respondent Milfe's harassing and stalking behaviour has steadily intensified between February 1 and the present causing Lively and her mother significant distress and anxiety."
