Mariah Carey says Nick is on the mend

Mariah Carey has revealed her husband Nick Cannon is "getting better".
The singer says "Daddy Nick" is finally on the mend after he was hospitalised for mild kidney failure while the couple were on vacation with their eight-month-old twins Moroccan and Monroe in Aspen, Colorado, last week and is glad to be back home after being discharged from a Los Angeles hospital yesterday (09.01.12).
She wrote on her twitter page: "Daddy Nick is getting beter, we're all home together taking care of each other, excited about the new year!! (sic)"
Mariah took a break from nursing her sick husband yesterday to take the kids swimming and according to the proud mother her son Moroccan is a natural in the water.
She tweeted: "Took dembabies swimming yesterday. classic! Roc thinks he's Jacques Cousteau ... I'm gonna call him Roc Cousteau. (sic)"
'America's Got Talent' host Nick will spend the next couple of weeks recuperating at home with his family, but will return to work later this month.
His representative said in a statement: "Nick Cannon was released over the weekend to be with his family. He is resting and recovering at home and would like to thank everyone who has expressed concern, well wishes and prayers.
"He plans to return to his live morning radio show broadcast 'Rollin' with Nick Cannon' on 92.3 NOW FM on January 17."
