Mena Suvari curious about Pie return

Mena Suvari was "curious" about coming back to shoot a fourth 'American Pie' movie.

The 32-year-old actress returned for the movie franchise for the forthcoming film 'American Reunion', and she admits she was keen to get involved because she liked how her character, conservative choir girl Heather, had developed.

She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Was I nervous to return? Not a whole lot. I was curious.

"But once I read the script I was really, really sure because the directors wrote it and it was just an amazing concept and I really liked where Heather was at. I was just really, really excited to come back and see everyone again."

The blonde beauty finished filming on 'American Reunion' yesterday (04.08.11), and she believes many people will find it funnier than the first three films - although she is unsure if it means more movies in the franchise are planned.

She said: "It was absolutely awesome to be back. I finished yesterday. It's just been really wonderful to come back with everyone. It comes out in April and it is so funny, perhaps funnier than the first one. It's going to be great.

"I'm not sure if it would continue. We'll see. With this film the concept of it being a reunion, the timing, everything ... we'll see. It was amazing seeing everyone, and we all picked up the pace from the last film."

Mena Suvari is helping Captain Morgan search for buccaneering crew mates for The Captain's Island challenge, a legendary Caribbean adventure where crews can challenge for a share of a $15,000 bounty. To join up, visit the Captain Morgan Facebook page.
