Fergie struggles to have the "discipline" to eat healthily all the time.

The Black Eyed Peas singer gets all her food and drinks delivered to the home she shares with husband Josh Duhamel but can't resist tucking into her favourite junk foods whenever she has the opportunity.

She said: "I have a meal-delivery service; Diet Designs. They're amazing - they'll have butter lettuce and avocado and pink grapefruit. They do butternut-squash enchiladas, which are really good. I also get these pressed juices delivered to my house, so I get all these different and wonderful vegetables. My problem is my discipline. I see a Jack in the Box or a Del Taco, and I will impulsively want it. I'm a work in progress in that area."

The 36-year-old star maintains her figure with strenuous work outs - but admits she has to wear two sports bras in order to keep her assets under control.

She told Allure magazine: "I do cardio and resistance training. I'm getting more into jump rope now."

Explaining her double underwear trick, she added: "For your shoulders, if you have breasts. There's a lot of ... waving."

The 'My Humps' hitmaker also revealed she has learned to appreciate her "unique" nose, and no longer resents the fact it is less-than-perfect.

She added: "I've learned to love my nose because it's unique. It's interesting, and it just makes me a little different."
