President Xi's remarks on governance published

BEIJING-- A book containing Chinese President Xi Jinping's remarks on governance was published Tuesday.
An update of a 2014 version, the book expounds the new governing theories, ideas and strategies of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, of which Xi is general secretary.
The remarks touch upon 16 topics, including realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation; adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics; implementing the over-arching strategy of comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society; deepening reform; advancing the rule of law; strictly governing the CPC; promoting innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development; and improving the buildup of the national defense and the military strategies, among others.
