An African-American flies to China to meet his love
A 19-year-old African-American came all the way from the US to Jiangshan city, East China's Zhejiang province, in the hope of meeting his love, who he got to know online, reported Qianjiang Evening News on Friday.
The relationship started last year. They have connected on some social platforms and spent loads of time getting to know each other. The American man soon fell in love with the girl and insisted on coming to China to visit her, while the girl never thought he meant it.
They met once but after that the girl refused to see him again. The young man felt heartbroken and got drunk.
The police helped him when it was feared he was showing suicidal tendencies while walking along the river.
He flew back home with a totally broken heart.
