12 killed in China minibus crash

KUNMING -- Twelve people were killed after a minibus plunged off a road in Southwest China's Yunnan province on Wednesday morning, local government said.
The bus veered off a rural road and plummeted 100 meters into a ditch at around 8:50 am Wednesday in Malutang Township in the provincial capital of Kunming.
All 12 people on board died. Local authorities are investigating the accident.
