Day of mourning set for quake victims

Southwest China's Sichuan province announced Thursday that April 27 will be a day of mourning for the quake victims.
All entertainment activities will be banned on that day, and starting at 8:02am, a 3-minute observance will be marked by cars, ships and air raid sirens going off.
The earthquake, killing 196 and injuring 11,470, jolted Sichuan province at 8:02 am on April 20.
