Russian "Zhinu" and Chinese "Niulang" at Zuohai Park, Fuzhou, Fujian province on Aug 18. Qixi Festival is also known as Chinese Valentine's Day falls on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month and this year it is on Aug 23. Legend has it that on this evening, Niulang, known as the Cowherd, and Zhinu, known as the Weaving Maid, meet each other for their annual tryst on a bridge formed by magpies over the Milky Way.
