Japanese artist Rieko Koga only uses needle, thread and white cloth, and her works are mostly black threads on white cloth. During creation, she didn't opt for traditional embroidery, but made abstract and messy lines. She expresses different themes in her artworks through changing the direction and thickness of the threads, and needle pitch.
