President Xi unveils China Cultural Center in Phnom Penh

Chinese President Xi Jinping paid a state visit to Cambodia on October 13-14. He met with Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen and both leaders attended the opening ceremony of the China Cultural Center in Phnom Penh.
Xie Jinying, director of the Bureau for External Cultural Relations of the Ministry of Culture of China, and other Chinese and Cambodian officials and representatives were also present. Xie and his team arrived in Phnom Penh on October 11 to prepare the opening ceremony.
The center will boost the cultural exchange between the two nations, with strong support from the governments and local enterprises.
