8. Xueda Education
New York-listed tutor service provider Xueda Education Group announced on April 20 that it had received a preliminary buyout bid from Insight Investment Co.
In the proposal letter, the Shenzhen-listed Insight Investment indicated its interest to acquire all of the company's outstanding shares, making Xueda another Chinese company that likely to pull out of the US stock market.
