Man impresses with home-made excavator
Making an excavator may be not rocket science, but for a man with only a middle school education, it is truly impressive.
A 25-year-old man spent three months to design and three days to make an excavator in Neijiang, Sichuan province, reported cfp.com on Wednesday. According to him, he has made two different machines before. He wanted to make an excavator because he worked as an excavator operator for three years.
Not only did it work perfectly, he also optimized it to meet his needs. He spent less than 40,000 yuan ($6,448) making it when a commercially available model costs 100,000 yuan or even 200,000 yuan.
