Hair competition winner has hair 1.8 meters long
A Kazakh girl with hair as long as 1.8 meters won a hair competition held in Yili Kazakh autonomous prefecture in Xinjiang on Saturday, chinanews.com reported.
The 33-year-old winner said she hasn't cut her hair since she was ten. Long hair is a symbol of beauty in Xinjiang.
She said it takes her two hours to wash the hair using local Kazakh black soaps.
