Oriental Morning Post said at least three women had offered him huge amount of money, with one giving as much as 80,000 yuan in total. A victim, with the pseudo name Li Li, visited him at the prison several times, each time bringing him gifts worth tens of thousands yuan. He reportedly even used Li's naked photos and videos to force her to have sex with him at the prison.
Previously, thepaper.cn had reported that Wang had allegedly forced a police man's wife to have sex with him in prison. He had later posted the woman's naked photos to her relatives and friends and had telephoned her husband to do things for him. He was reported to prison authorities and the local procuratorate in November, 2014.
Oriental Morning Post reported that he gambled, drank alcohol at prison, even invited prisoners to a dinner on a day in June and consumed 855 yuan worth of kebabs.
The report from thepaper.cn also claimed that one of the victims was a worker in Nehe prison, who reportedly gave Wang 80,000 yuan for an alleged investment project but never reclaimed the money.
The prison authorities submitted the case to the local procuratorial for public prosecution. Officials and prison guards who were found violating the administrative regulations were removed from their posts.
Heilongjiang province recently witnessed several serious events breaking out in prisons and detention centers.
In Sep 2, 2014, three inmates killed a guard and escaped a detention center in Yanshou county. In Jan 10, 2015, a prisoner and cerebral infarction patient escaped from the hospital where he was undergoing a treatment in Bayan county.
