Logistics of Silk Road Economic Belt move forward

A forum on logistics and foreign trade in the Silk Road Economic Belt began in Central China's Henan province on Friday.
More than 500 delegates and entrepreneurs from China, Germany, Poland, Russia, Belarus and Switzerland together with countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt met at the China-EU Rail Logistics Forum Multi-communication in Zhengzhou to share ideas.
Jin Yongjian, former under secretary general of the United Nations, said the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road Initiatives offer a step forward in global logistics, providing support to social and economic development, including development in Zhengzhou city.
A manifesto about "Building Cooperation with the Logistics Hub of the Silk Road Economy Belt (Zhengzhou)" was presented.
It will promote the development of Silk Road Economy Belt transport corridors into economic ones, with Zhengzhou becoming the logistics hub connecting the east to the west.
