Curbs lifted: July 28
Hangzhou lifted the ban on buying a second home in Xiaoshan and Yuhang districts. It also lifted the restrictions on buyers purchasing a house more than 140 square meters in downtown areas. The city's average new home prices in July stood at 17,279 yuan per square meter, down 1.53 percent month on month.
