Master works
Lin Jiguang, chairman of Gianguan Auctions in New York, presents to the press on Wednesday, a painting by Xu Beihong, a Chinese painter known primarily for his ink paintings of horses and birds and who was one of the first Chinese artists to articulate the need for artistic expression reflecting a modern China at the beginning of the 20th century.
