Instead of resorting to violence, a city in Southwest China's Sichuan province hired an attractive woman as a chengguan (urban management) worker.
Xiong Zhaorong is called a "goddess" by the roadside vendors, since she uses smiles to persuade the vendors to clear out rather than attack them like many other chengguan workers, West China City Daily reported.
