WHISTLER: Jon Montgomery of Canada won the men's skeleton gold medal at the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games here on Friday.
Montgomery timed in 3:29.73, beating Latvian Martins Dukurs and Russian Alexander Tretyakov to second and third places respectively.
