"The players put a lot of heart into it. The only thing I'm not completely happy about is our failure to score but 0-0 was a fair scoreline," said Poland coach Adam Nawalka.
Poland will face Ukraine and may seal their place in the knock-out stages even with a draw.
Germany will take on Northern Ireland with a point behind.
