New standards to help improve business environment in YRD
New standards for creating a strong business environment in development zones in the Yangtze River Delta region were released at a summit in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province on Dec 10.
The move aims to create a market-oriented, legal and international business environment in development zones in this area.
Issued by the Union of Development Zones in Yangtze River Delta and the Zhejiang Research Society of Development Zones, the document covers three fields - industry, enterprises and talent, and focuses on supporting facilities for enterprises, industrial clusters and talent development, as well as measures related to enterprise growth, industry and talent services.
The standards are expected to provide development zones with detailed guidance on how to build a strong business environment as well as successful cases for further study.
"The standards will promote the coordinated development of development zones in the YRD and propel the flow of industrial resources, thus facilitating the integrated development of the region," said Yang Wei, an official with the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province.
