When the temperature drops to -18 degrees Celsius, winter swimming enthusiasts in Changchun, Northeast China's Jilin province, rub their fists and wipe their palms in anticipation of a frolic in a lake that's partially frozen over with enormous slabs of ice.
Their fun season starts.
