Jinfutai Agricultural Company to promote industrial integration in rural areas

Jinfutai Agricultural Co Ltd has made considerable efforts to expand its industries in recent years, aiming to promote integration and help famers increase their revenues.

Relying on its location and resource advantages, Jinfutai has expanded its businesses from rice planting to agricultural tourism.

The company has built an agricultural experience center to display new technology and promote its brands.

The center also provides a place for sightseeing and recreation, which brings more job opportunities for local residents.

Jinfutai is an agricultural company founded by Qiao Wenzhi in Wuchang city, Heilongjiang province. The company, covering an area of 120,000 square meters, has total assets of 210 million yuan. It was rated as a key agricultural enterprise in Heilongjiang province, and an environmentally friendly business in 2013. It is also the first agricultural company in Wuchang city to be listed on the New Three Board.

In 2012, the company joined in the Wangjiatun cooperative, injecting capital of 4 million yuan ($603,063), forming a new development model with other businesses, cooperatives, and famers.

The company has also adopted a new management model; improving methods of planting, developing stronger strains of seeds, improving field management and increasing sales.

In 2015, the rice planting base in Wangjiatun received investment of Jinfutai, and was named the "Organic Rice Production Demonstration Base". The scenery of the rice field received an award for being "Beautiful Chinese Countryside".
