Chengdu Tianfu Software Park (TSP) is located in the Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone, one of the top ten national software industry bases in the country.

It has a planned area of 3.7 million square meters, of which around 1.3 million has been completed.

Opened in 2005, TSP has become the fastest-growing professional software park in the country, attracting more than 300 enterprises from home and abroad, including IBM, SAP, NEC,GE, NCS, Huawei, Ubisoft, Alibaba, Siemens, Ericsson, Tencent, Wipro, Take-Two Interactive, Shanda, and Perfect World.

Forty percent of enterprises are foreign-funded and 30 ones are among Fortune Global 500 companies with around 40,000 employees.

The park has promoted industrial clusters of business software, ITO, digital entertainment, telecommunications and BPO/back office service centers.

After four years of development, it has already reviewed more than 2,200 projects and accommodated nearly 400 projects.

In 2010, enterprises in the incubator attracted $18 million of direct investments. TSP Incubation Center is listed among the "China Top 10 Incubators."

The center provides various services, including SOHO style offices, computers, hardware and broadband Internet access, data center services, technical support such as R&D, testing and demonstration labs, business coaching, and financing.

Supporting facilities, such as accommodations, restaurants have been allocated around office buildings.

TSP incubator platform focuses on Internet business incubation, especially for early-stage and start-up companies in the Internet sector. Once start-up companies enter the incubator platform, they can enjoy a package of services.

Companies chosen by the incubator platform will go through three development stages: forming stage, initial stage and acceleration stage. Each stage follows corresponding policies and services.

The investment company of TSP, "Tianfu Angel Investment Club" deals with the financing of start-ups. The club invests $20 million every year on average.

The platform has incubated many companies, including Galaxy Empire's producer Tap4Fun, Camera 360's producer Pinguo Technology, Empire defense's producer Goodteam Studio and Hotel Finder's producer iKamobile.
