Chief Concierge of Raffles becomes 1st member of 'Golden Key'

Bill Chen, chief concierge of Raffles Tianjin, has recently become a member of the "Les Clefs d'Or", an exclusive organization more widely known as the "Golden Key". He is also the first chief concierge in Tianjin who was honored as the member of the "Golden Key".

Founded in Paris in 1929, it is the only networking, professionalized, and internationalized service brand with 81 years of history in the world.
