Rowena Collera, 40, lost her house in the typhoon. She and her husband, who is an electrician, built up a little shack of four to five square meters with scrap iron sheets and planks. Rowena Collera keeps the space clean and requires visitors to take off their shoes before coming in. Her husband is prohibited from entering without taking off his shoes.
