Qu Zhibo, a chef from Zigong, Sichuan province test drives a "Hummer" - that he made himself - on Dec 5, 2011. It took three years for him to finish the work at a cost of 4,000 yuan ($631). He made most of the auto parts himself except for the engine, steering wheel, tank and tires.
