Camilla:

Wéi nín hǎo. Tīngshuō nín yǒu fángzi chūzū shìma?

喂您好。听说您有房子出租是吗?

Hello (on the phone). I've been told you have an apartment to rent, is that right?

Li Fang:

Shìde. Wǒ yǒu yí gè liǎngshì yìtīng de fángzi.

是的,我有一个两室一厅的房子。

Yes. I have one with two bedrooms and a living room.

Camilla:

Kètīng duō dà?

客厅多大?

How big is the living room?

Li Fang:

Dàgài sì shí píngfāng mǐ, fángjiān hěn dà hěn kuānchang. Zhè fángzi gāng zhuāngxiū hǎo, érqiě qítā jiājù yě dōu qíbèi.

大概40平方米,房间很大很宽敞。这房子刚装修好,而且其他家具也都齐备。

About 40 square meters and the rooms are very spacious. The apartment has been recently renovated and completely furnished.

Camilla:

Fángzū duōshǎo qián?

房租多少钱?

How much is the rent?

Li Fang:

Yí gè yuè sìqiān wǔbǎi yuán.

一个月四千五百元。

It's 4,500 yuan a month.

Camilla:

Wǒmen shénme shíhou kěyǐ kàn fang?

我们什么时候可以看房?

When can we have a look?

Li Fang:

Suíshí dōu xíng.

随时都行。

Anytime is fine.
