Underground films bring home prizes

The stories flash by frame by frame, depicting what's happening all around us in the subway.
The second Kunming subway micro-film contest concluded with the release of 30 heart-warming stories set beneath the ground, adding some human atmosphere to our daily travels.

One prize winner, the ticket center of the Kunming Rail Transit Group Co, screened "My AFC Dad" which depicts the daily life of an auto fare collection worker.
The public service center of the rail company was also awarded for its film about the lives of all subway workers.
Other films focused on how people chase love and dreams also claimed prizes.
The competition was launched in June and ran for three months before determining the 30 best submissions.
Some films will be broadcasted through Youku, Tudou, advanced Chinese video sharing platforms and the rail company’s official website and micro blog.
