The Shanxi provincial science and technology bureau has reported that three organizations – the Changzhi High-tech Start-up Service Center, Taiyuan Start-up Center for Returning Overseas Students, and Yangquan High-tech Start-up Service Center -- got approval recently as national high-tech enterprise incubators.
Shanxi now has a total of six of these national business incubators, which are considered a significant part of the country’s innovation plans, and a means of cultivating small and mid-sized high-tech enterprise development. They are also an important part of the region’s innovation system and a starting point for talented people looking to innovate and play an important role in developing Shanxi’s experimental zone for reforms and high-tech industrial development.
