The Yantai municipal government officially appointed 30 foreigners to be its overseas investment advisors at the Overseas Investment Advisor Appointment Ceremony and Yantai Investment Environment & Key Investment Project Promotion on September 23 in Yantai.

The 30 overseas advisors are all renowned experts in the industrial, commercial and political circles and have profound influence. They came from over 10 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and are involved in several fields including commerce, machinery and textiles.

The investment advisers will assist Yantai in overseas investment policy consulting, project introduction and city image promotion, as well as other areas.
