For the purpose of promoting cross-strait cultural exchanges, the Taiwan Affairs Office of Yantai Municipal Government and Taiwan Merchant Association of Yantai collectively plan to hold a second session for the Yantai-Taiwan Cuisine Exchange Month, starting from August 18 to September 18. The place of the one-month event will still be the Asia Hotel Yantai, the same location of last year’s event.

News activities will be added to this year’s Cuisine Exchange Month, such as a high-end forum between famous chefs from the two cities, learning to make Taiwanese food and wine tasting. At that time, both famous Taiwan chefs and folk snack experts will come and show their skills in Yantai.
