At the opening ceremony celebrating the Xi'an International Trade and Logisitc Park 2013 investment invitation season and collective signing ceremony on April 3, 12 projects were signed with a total investment of 10.38 billion yuan ($1.68 billion).
The projects signed at the ceremony are categorized into two groups. The first group consists of regional cooperation programs. Xi'an International Trade and Logisitc Park will cooperate with the Gaoling county government to jointly build the Xi'an International Trade and Logisitc Park-Gaoling Industrial Park project.
The other group consists of investment invitation programs, including the Xi'an Highway-Port Core Business Area, Lin'an International Logistics Park, Taiwan Youth Entrepreneurship Industrial Park, Shanghai Wangxun New Material Industrial Park, Western China Halal Food Export Base, Xi'an Comprehensive Bonded Zone for Imported Grain and Oil Storage, the Zhongpin temperature-control bonded storage house project, and Longqiao Cold-Chain Logistics Park.
The projects mentioned above, together with the World Famous Brand Park project and other projects signed over the two days, brings the total contract value of the Xi'an International Trade and Logisitc Park to 27.3 billion yuan ($4.4 billion) during this year's ITFCEW.
