Wetland Park in Lashi Lake was founded in 1996 covering an area of 86.8 hectares, which presents beautiful wetland scenery that combine with mysterious Nakhi Dongba culture.

To develop the wetlands and set up a special tourist attraction in Lijiang, the Lijiang Zhenglong Industrial Company is attracting foreign investments to build tourism resources in Wetland Park. The Lijiang Zhenglong Industrial Company has drawn an agreement with Daxing Investment Corporation.

Daxing Investment Corporation is a company consisting of real estate, city water supply and cogeneration. It has 15 subsidiaries, 1,000 employees with registered capital of 1.1 billion yuan ($ 183 million) and total assets of 8 billion yuan.
