Shenyang signs 11 business projects valued at $1.93b

Shenyang signed 11 business projects valued at 12.96 billion yuan ($1.93 billion) at the Beijing-Shenyang Investment Fair held in Beijing on Aug 8.
The number and contract amount of Shenyang’s agreed projects both rank first among all the cities in Liaoning province.
The 11 projects, which cover the secondary sector of the economy (including industries that produce a finished, usable product or are involved in construction) and tertiary sector (or service sector), mainly involve big data, energy, environmental protection, financing, automobiles and parts manufacturing, as well as the creative industries.
The representatives of Shenyang government delivered a speech at the investment fair and introduced the conditions of Shenyang centered around the central government’s support measures, new concepts and measures for the rejuvenation of Shenyang’s economy, and the city’s preferential policies.
During the investment fair, Shenyang also held an entrepreneur forum targeted at promoting business cooperation, where attendees showed great investment willingness due to Shenyang’s economic conditions, business environment and resources.
