The annual session of the Jilin provincial People's Congress drew to a close, in the capital Changchun, on Friday, Feb 13.

The lawmakers reached a consensus, discussing their next work, and showing their confidence in the province’s development, according to Bayinchaolu, chairman of the Jilin standing committee, who also addressed the session.

The deputies approved some important documents, such as a government work report, provincial economic and social development plan, and the budget foe 2015, and approved the eight provincial standing committee members.

Jiang Liangchao, the Jilin governor, and other officials were present at the closing ceremony.
