An annual rime ice and snow ambassador contest was held in Jilin City on January 19, capping off the Jilin International Rime Ice and Snow Festival that integrates travel, health and fashion this year.

The contest consists of preliminary contest, swimming suit and evening dress displays and final contest with Zhao Xueqi winning the championship, Sun Yi coming in the second and Zhang Zhiqi the third out of 22 finalists.

The beauty contest aims to promote Jilin’s tourism resources, particularly the rime scenery.
