A series of training courses, held by the Wuxi Cultural Center, will open for registration to Wuxi residents free of charge from July 27, Wuxi Daily reported.
The training courses will cover subjects such as music, dance, calligraphy and Chinese opera, and will run for five months until the end of the year.
Besides the Wuxi Cultural Center, the courses will be held at multiple district cultural centers to further popularize art among communities. Lectures on fine arts, photography, music and dance will also be given at colleges and schools for the children of migrant workers.
Entries will open for the courses from July 27 to Aug 2 (except Saturdays and Sundays) at the Wuxi Cultural Center (No. 147 Wu'ai Jiayuan). For more information, please visit the official website of the Wuxi Cultural Center.
