Inner Mongolia output of industrial parks up 14.03% in 2013

Statistics from the Economic and Information Technology Commission of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region showed gross industrial output value of industrial parks at various levels in the region reached 1.54 trillion yuan ($253.76 billion) in 2013, an increase of 14.03 percent year-on-year. The revenue of industrial parks grew 16.49 percent year-on-year to 1.53 trillion yuan. Tax revenue from the parks reached 77.9 billion yuan, 15.96 percent up compared with the previous year.

Industrial parks at the state level and regional level, 64 in total, have achieved gross industrial output of 1.27 trillion yuan, a rise of 11.57 percent. Revenue for state and regional level parks accounted for 83.1 percent of the total and reached 1.28 trillion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 13.82 percent. Their total tax revenue increased 15.64 percent to 65.84 billion yuan, which accounted for 84.52 percent of the figure for all industrial parks in the region.
