Xu Guangda’s Residence in the town of Huangxing was built in 1908, on a 1080-sq-m space, with two gates, the front one having been destroyed by a flood in 1954. It is made of brick and wood with 21 rooms with baseboards, brick walls, wood lattice windows, wood-framed doors, and front porch columns made of cedar.
