Nanyang-first five-star tourist hotel unveils

The hotel of Howard Johnson unveiled its five-star plaque in Nanyang city, Hennan province, on Sept 28. It has become the first five-star tourist hotel in the city, informed an official.

The decorated hotel is located in the high-tech new district of Nanyang and provides comprehensive services in meeting room arrangement, accommodation, catering and entertainment among others. It was nicknamed as "Nanyang New Landmark" in Oct 2012.

Thanks to the efforts made by the Nanyang municipal government, tourism industry has become a key field to be shaped as a pillar industry in recent years. And with the help of constant improvement in tourism infrastructure, hotel service industry has also achieved "leapfrog" progress in the city.
