The base, located in Puding county, covers an area of 2,800 hectares (28 million square meters), of which 1,000 hectares were industrial land.

The base is divided into an energy industrial zone, chemical industrial zone, building materials industrial zone, metallurgical industrial zone and a warehouse logistics zone, of which electric power, the electrical industry and building materials have formed industrial bases. 20 enterprises have already settled in the base.
